Konec je pravljice o samostojni Sloveniji kot oazi demokracije in blaginje. Imamo turbo oropano realnost, v kateri so izginile skorajda vse socialne in ekonomske pravice, manjšini (tistim, ki jih je sistem naredil za manjšine) pa je večina odvzela pravice kar na referendumih. Zadnja sramota je Družinski zakonik. Enostavno rečeno: obstaja zgodovina te velike zgodbe o fašizaciji neoliberalne slovenske države, če si sposodim ta zgodovinski pojem za opis procesov diskriminacije, rasizma, razlaščanja…

Publishing of De-artikulacija (the name is more appropriate giving the time of de-coloniality), became possible after the generous invitation to take part at the 15th Biennial of Art: DE/RE/CONSTRUCTION: space, time, memories in Pančevo, Serbia.This invitation made possible to conclude the project of publishing Re-artikulacija, since, when earlier in the year 2012 we decided to stop the project it was left as an unfinished job.

Beginning with the question, How do we organize a whole city? Harvey looks at how the current credit crisis had its root in urban development, and how this development has made any political organizing in American cities virtually impossible in the past 20 years. Harvey is at the forefront of the movement for “the right to the city,” the idea that citizens should have a say in how their cities are developed and organized. Drawing inspiration from the Paris Commune of 1871, where the entire city of Paris overthrew the aristocracy to seize power, Harvey outlines where cities have organized, or could or should organize, themselves in more sane, inclusive ways.

No es fácil comprender Internet, porque Internet es recursiva. Es al mismo tiempo un producto y su propio medio de producción. Es tan abstracta como el código y tan concreta como una infraestructura de telecomunicaciones (global y de propósito universal). Es tan artefactual, con ordenadores, cables o satélites claramente identificables, como simbólica, pues permite la construcción de nuevas realidades materiales y virtuales que no podrían producirse de otro modo.
Internet es un asunto complejo. Lo fue en sus orígenes y lo sigue siendo ahora. Sus capas no paran de soportar nuevos desarrollos. Por citar algunos de actualidad: en la capa física, la pasarela entre Internet y telefonía; en la capa lógica, el software como servicio, y en la capa de los contenidos, las redes sociales. La complejidad de Internet no es un asunto solo técnico (aunque también). Es una complejidad política, en tanto que su origen es fruto de una alianza monstruosa que desestabiliza a todos los bandos implicados.
