No other country and no other period has produced a tradition of major aesthetic debate to compare with that which unfolded in German culture from the 1930s to the 1950s. En análisis anteriores nos hemos referido circunstancialmente a la necesidad de renovar los medios de producción para que la producción sea posible. Hoy centraremos nuestra exposición en este punto.
Decía Marx que aun un niño sabe que una formación social que no reproduzca las condiciones de producción al mismo tiempo que produce, no sobrevivirá siquiera un año (2). Por lo tanto, la condición final de la producción es la reproducción de las condiciones de producción. Puede ser “simple” (y se limita entonces a reproducir las anteriores condiciones de producción) o “ampliada” (en cuyo caso las extiende). Dejaremos esta última distinción a un lado.
